Inet licensing not installed

When I try to add an INET control,I get a message saying that I do not have the correct licensing. How do I get it?

I downloaded a tool from here and it did not work. I have access 2k and the VB6 learning edition, maybe that's why. Any other ideas?

Did you try using "regsvr32" for it?

'Unregister it first..
C:\>regsvr32 -u C:\WINDOWS\system32\MSINET.OCX

'Register it again...
C:\>regsvr32 C:\WINDOWS\system32\MSINET.OCX
