If I have a page (test.jsp) on www.myDomainA.com with an include:

<jsp:include page="http://www.myDomainB.com/includes/inc1.jsp" flush="true"/>

and the "inc1.jsp" include calls another include (inc2.jsp) from the same domain (myDomainB). Is the calling iinclude's (inc1.jsp) path info based on myDomainA or myDomainB?

hard to explain!

jsp:include executes the specified page during request processing, so any includes in inc1.jsp will be relative to inc1.jsp.
