DSA algorithms C code required for SSH2 server development

I'm developing an ssh2 server. i want dsa algorithm implementation in C. the implementaion should be standalone not dependent on any other files (c or h). which can run on microsoft VC++ individually. Please help me fast. if possible c standalone implementations of other algorithms used in SSH2.

Depending on if your project is Open Source/GNU compatible, you could contact people from projects such as OpenSSH. There is a large list of Open Source projects available that you can search for SSH at:
www.sourceforge.net

If not, you can purchase a license to a platform independent C++ SSH2 library from here:
http://www.bitvise.com/sshlib.html
There probably are many other companies that you can look into about licensing their SSH2 code.
