vini: the short answer is this.  Yes, check your manual for instructions.  You'll need to find out if your PDA has built in wireless access or if you'll need to buy an add-on wireless adapter.
Next, you'll need to find a place with wireless Internet access.  This can be your home (if you have it set up), a place like Starbucks, an airport, a college library, etc.  Use this site to search for spots in your area: http://www.wi-fihotspotlist.com/
