My Boss is getting a WinAcPci.sys error when trying to connect to the internet, "WinAcPci is missing and something about windows driver cabinet cache".  We have checked all aspects of the modem and everything seems to be working except this problem. Please help. Debbie

That is a driver associated with a dialup modem. Is that how they are connecting to the internet? I would recommend downloading the latest version of their modem drivers from the manufacturers website and reloading the drivers.
