synchronizing data with contacts in a public folder

Hello Everyone-

I am trying to find a way to export data from our customer master in a legacy application to synchronize with a contacts public folder.  This will make it easier for our users to send mass e-mails and/or faxes directly from outlook.  Any help for this problem wouldbe greatly appreciated!

Thank You,

Hi Greg,
Do you need to synch them to contacts or just import the? If importing, just make sure they are saved in a common data format such as .csv or excel and they will import with no problem. Post back if you need stpe by step

Hi Karen-

The problem is that you are not given the option to import to a Public folder contact list - only your own personal contact list.

That is correct. At that point, you will be able to copy/paste them into a public folder, assuming you have the correct permissions!
