Is it just the form icon you want to change, or the icon shown in the windows alt -tab dialog.

If its just the main form icon, then you can load a new icon and set it to the icon property of each form you want to change the icon for.

If its the other, I'm not sure.

To change the icon in the exe, you simply open project/options application tab, and load the icon in the box.
