hi friends

  i am developing a simple website in jsp,
in that i am getting a problem with logout

here is the code
in logout

session.invalidate();

problems is after logout
 if user clicks back option in internet explorer ,he will get previous pages also  

i want to refresh the previous (back) pages also,
please solve this problem

put some code in that page to detect if the session is valid or not
if it is not then redirect the page to somewhere else

you can make javascript for that. just put
<script>
forward.history
</script>
in your logout page.

      history.forward();
</script>
