I've just reinstalled WinXP Professional on my laptop and now when I scroll down any window (IE, Windows Explorer, Outlook, etc) by dragging the scroll bar, the window contents do not scroll smoothly so that I can read while scrolling. &nbsp;The the scrolling is choppy. &nbsp;How do I change the scrolling method back to something a little more smooth?
