How To Install a second Exchange Server

Can someone please outline for me the steps in installed a second exchange server in my domain.
I have install the windows 2000 server, and when I go to install exchange server 2000 I get a message about replication of items.

So I am not sure what to do next.  Do I wait? Or have I missed a step.

Did you assign both servers to the same routing group?
