Outlook Express Message Properties

When I right click the e-mail title in my inbox then>properties>details> , are any of the addresses shown website addresses or are they all e-mails addresses? How can I tell?

Any address that has got an "@" sign is an email address.. Mostly website address would say like
Received: from <website name> in that header..
