InstallShield Installation Looping

When running setup.exe created by InstallShield, it prompts that some files need to be updated, then says to reboot.  After reboot and restart setup.exe, the same message comes up again, so that the application will not install.

I apologize if this isn't the correct Topic Area, but couldn't find one that seemed more appropriate.  Please advise if I've just overlooked it.

Thank you.

What InstallShield version are you using?

Suggestion: recreate the InstallSheild Project.

If not working, try using other Installer Packager?

Inno Setup
http://www.innosetup.com

Nullsoft Scriptable Install System
http://nsis.sourceforge.net/home/

Ghost Installer
http://www.ginstall.com/

Installer Vise

Wise
http://www.wise.com

Try use the Inno Setup (make sure you download the ISTools add on as well), it's a great, easy to use tool, and what importantly it's Free!

Hope this helps

Thank you for your suggestion.  I was able to find a Microsoft article, 8314941, describing my problem, and its solution worked.
