How do I do this? I'm constantly sending RTF messages to a client who uses Lotus Notes and keeps receiving winmail.dat attached to their files. I need to create a rule so that I don't send RTF files to that domain anymore.

I couldn't find a way to create sth that affect the whole domain, however, the steps below can be setup for individual recipient:

- Create a new message to the recipient within that domain

- Right click on recipient's name, and select "send option" from the popup menu

- You can specific mail format to this recipient in this window.

Here is the article I found:

" Note If a recipient receives a file attachment named Winmail.dat in their e-mail, that domain has an RTF incompatibility issue. To work around this issue, you must configure a rule that makes sure that messages that are sent to that domain do not use RTF format. "

This is what I need to know how to do.
