Xerox Workcentre Pro 32 - Deleting Multiple Print Jobs

I work in a computer lab in a college and the color printer listed above is constantly getting print jobs that are never printed.  This becomes a pain when the jobs start to use up the print buffer memory.  My technician says that you can only delete one job at a time.  I am not really sure he knows what he is doing.  Is the a way to delete multiple jobs on the Xerox Workcentre Pro 32 color printer?

You should be able to delete jobs by going to the printer's internal web server. Just point your browser at its IP address. You may need the password though (I believe the default is 1111 but it may be changed). The web page gives you complete job print queue management - hold, release, promote and delete jobs.

Thank you for the information, but this is a little vague for me.  Please specify exactly how I get to the printer's internal web server.  Typing the printer's IP address into the address bar of my browser gets me an error page.  I know the IP address.  How do I point my browser to it?

Not knowing what the error page is, but since you work in a college, I'll guess that you are using a proxy server which doesn't let you access the printer. If that is the case, you may be able to disable proxies (from Tools>Internet Options>LAN settings in Explorer - different in other browsers). Alternaticely, using Regedit, search for ProxyOverride and add the printer's IP address to the list that is there.
