Simple form with Frontpage Error

I made a simple website for a Realty Company and they decided they wanted a form that would email them the information and then direct to a custom page.  the problem is whenever I fill out the form and submit it, the info goes to the email address, but not the the confirmation page.  I get this exact page instead:

FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.

Webmaster: please see the server's system log for more details.

I have never had this problem before, especially with such a simple form.  If you would like to look at the page it is (link removed) you should be sent to password.htm which gives a (not yet set-up) generic username and password for another link.  Thanks for your help.  Oh, btw... it happens on the simple php script form on password.htm when one attempts to enter the username/password as well.  :(  Unfortunately, I need this working ASAP.

1)What does the event log error say?

2) What happens when you remove the email option from the form? Try submitting to just the confirmation page and not sending to email and let me know what happens. I would like to localize this problem.

3)Check the FP server extension settings to ensure the email address is valid. This is not the address you are submitting the form to but the email address contained in the FP server extensions settings. I suspect this is correct because the email is flowing but check just to make sure.

4)Verify permissions of the ../../_private/form_results.csv file
If you remove the IUSR_XXX (where XXX is the server name) Internet Guest account from the _private folder in a FrontPage Web, any Save Results active elements will fail if they are tying to save into the _private folder.

In Windows Explorer, locate the file C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\_private\form_results.csv.
Right-click the file, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu that appears.
In the file name Properties dialog box, click Permissions on the Security tab.
In the File Permissions dialog box, click Add.
In the Add Users and Groups dialog box, click INTERACTIVE in the Names list, and then click Add. Click NETWORK, and then click Add. Click IUSR_XXX, and the click Add.
In the Type of Access list, click Change, and then click OK.
In the File Permissions dialog box, click OK, and then click OK in the filename Properties dialog box.
Restart the World Wide Web Publishing Service. To do this, follow these steps:
Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
In Control Panel, double-click Services.
In the Services dialog box, click World Wide Web Publishing Service, and then click Stop. When you are prompted to confirm, click Yes.
In the Services dialog box, click Start, and then click Close.

5)If the above fails then remove and reinstall the FP server extensions.

Lots of options here, hope one helps.
