Default SMTP virtual server (Stopped)

hi to all
i am running ISA server on win2000 machine with current updates and SP's
i can not start the service "Default SMTP virtual service" (part of IIS) the event log message: "the service couldn't bind instance"
as a result i can not filter attachments on my ISA server.

SMTP runs on port 25, which is almost certianly in use by something else on the machine. You can find out what it taking that port, or change the SMTP service properties in IIS manager to a different port.
