I have, and use VB5 for my studies, as it has the help files included.

I want to install VB6, but dont have the MSDN discs, but need VB6 to use some programs that were created in VB6.

Are there any known issues with installing VB6 alongside with VB5?

No, there is no issues,

This is because VB5 and VB6 use different Runtime libraries.
