Lease Line 64kbps usage monitoring

Hi,

currently i have a lease line 64kbps connect to my cisco router and to my linux server,

how can i tracking/calculate/monitor the usage for this 64kbps lease line?

Expensive solution, use solarwinds, http://www.solarwinds.net/
Free solution, use MRTG, just go to google and type in mrtg and you should find a bunch of places that you can download from.
