OL2002 send/receive not working since using ADSL

Hi expert,

Since I am using ADSL the automatic send/receive of my Outlook 2002 is not working. It must be a setting (I guess) but I cannot get it to work. Manually it works fine (F9 or CTRL-M). I have checked all the obvious settings, but there must be something I overlooked. Does anybody have a checklist for this kind of problem?

Thanks,
Ron dW

Mail Setup > Send immediately when connected

Delete and recreate the Send/Receive group(s) {make sure you know all of you information if you do this}

Tools > Options > General > somethinglike Send/Receive Messages > Check for new messages every 1 minute > if not connected: Connect even working offline

Mob-bom,

Found it. It was a setting after all. One so obvious, that I didn't see it.

Tools > Send and Receive settings > Disable Send/Receive settings.

This wasn't a menu option, but a setting in between menu options. And it was checked...

Thanks,
