Here are my Meta for my site and tell me if this enough?

<META NAME="GENERATOR" Content="www.themdg.COM">
<META NAME="TITLE" CONTENT="Management Development Group">
<META NAME="AUTHOR" CONTENT="Web Designer">
<META NAME="OWNER" CONTENT="Robert Cotes">
<META NAME="SUBJECT" CONTENT=""> ------ WHAT GOES HERE?
<META NAME="RATING" CONTENT=""> ------ WHAT GOES HERE?
<META NAME="DESCRIPTION" CONTENT="Since 1994, the Management Development Group has successfully served organizations committed to cultural change through the development of their management/supervisory teams. MDG is owned and operated by Robert Cotes who brings nearly 2 decades of training and employee development experience. His candid and pragmatic approach has earned him the reputation of being one of the top practitioners in his field. "I started the Management Development Group wanting to offer real training solutions to businesses wishing to develop and, most importantly maintain functional cultures" says Cotes. "I find a lot of programs out there miss the mark because they don't offer practical learning that bring about lasting change. Instead, these programs promote a certain philosophy or idealism, which is great, but do little to facilitate permanent cultural shift".">

Hi neonlights -

>Here are my Meta for my site and tell me if this enough?

Too many!

Meta tags just make it easy for spammers to lie, so search engines do not use them for ranking purpose except for the meta description tag and it is useful but not vital to have a meta keywords tag:

<meta name="Description" content=" Your Description Here. ">
<meta name="Keywords" content=" your, keyword, list, here ">

The <title> tag is not a meta tag but is very important. It shows in the SERPs as well as along the top of the browser window:

<title>Your Title Here</title>

You need to decide what your key word/phrase is for the page you are optimizing.

Let us say for your home page you have decided on the key phrase 'Management Development'.

Then you would have in this order something like this:

<title>Management Development</title>
<meta name="Description" content="Management Development from The Management Development Group Ontario">
<meta name="Keywords" content="management development, list, keywords, here, but, they, MUST, appear, in, the, text on, the, page, you, are, optimizing">

Remember search engines index pages not websites so your title and meta tags should be different for each page.

I hope you will answer to my question, Thank you so much duz.

OKAY!

<title>Management Development</title>
<meta name="Description" content="Management Development from The Management Development Group Ontario">

Yours:
<meta name="Keywords" content="management development, list, keywords, here, but, they, MUST, appear, in, the, text on, the, page, you, are, optimizing">

OK, the funny part is that I assumed that if I placed all those keywords in there, search engine will pick it up. They also has to be in the content of the site.....mmmmm

Thank you for that golden piece of advice.

<Remember search engines index pages not websites so your title and meta tags should be different for each page.>

That means that each page should contain it's own title, and own keywords (what is in the each page) - please correct me whatever I wrote here correct.

I also have one more question to ask, I think I will post that question later, I was checking one site: http://www.quest.com/funnel_web/analyzer/
and like the idea of the buttons, and mouse over functions, Can I able to create web site like this using WebMatrix, and ASP.Net?

Can I able to create web site like this using WebMatrix, and ASP.Net?

Probably but you may need javascript for the menu.

How about VB.NET?

The same applies but these tools may be overly complicated for a non-dynamic site.
