I guess this one might sound strange...
Well, one of our accountings applications requires an HP emulation installed/supported on the designated printer. We had a Xerox Docuprint p1202 that supported this feature and had no problems with the output, now we replaced it with a Xerox Docuprint p1210 and the prints come out incorrect.
The software support department told us that they cannot do nothing to help us until we verify that the new printer supports HP emulation (quite strange isn't it ?).
I tried looking for information about this feature but nothing came up including on Xerox.com.
