These libraries (STNDRD20.OLB and CALENDAR.PLL) are part of Forms Demo. So you have to install this demo. It comes on separate CD. I haven't these libraries.

It is easy, you can do it by using Oracle Installer. It seems to me that you have to choose Custom installation and Demo there.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

So the path must be <<ORACLE_HOME>>\TOOLS\DEVDEM60\Forms. If it is not there then you have to try to install DEMO once again. I don't know if there are another problems there...
