POP3 users Cant send email outside our domain

I have a new doman in setup with server 2003 and exchange setup with a firewall(watchgaurd X700 at main location and a watchgaurd 6TC at remote location) everything works great except users outside our domain(remote users on the 6TC) that are using POP3 email clients can only send to people on our domain if they try to send an email to someone outside like mike@yahoo.com the POP3 says

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Subject:      FW: What exactly is a .............
      Sent:      4/13/2004 1:36 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

      lee Ann (E-mail) on 4/13/2004 1:36 PM
            No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient.

I have checked all the settings in the dlient and all is correct  including the log on settings

any ideas?

What program are they using to access email, outlook, outlook express, etc? And what version? Try to create a new account from home to connect to the server with inbound and outbound smtp authentication.

The error is occuring on SMTP delivery. Check who is being allowed access to relay on the default smtp server tab in ESM.

Thanks for the intrest but we have solved the issue
Our firewall was blocking some of the ESMTP for POP3 emails
