Hi, I have several pop3 accts in outlook2000. I don't know a lot about IMAP, but I have set up a new imap acct. My problem is: how do I use the Rules Wizard to automatically copy all sent mail to a specific IMAP folder? I followed instructions on how to do this and it works, BUT, it copies ALL mail sent no matter who the sender is. I want it to only copy sent items FROM a specific sender. I don't see how to do this, but I know it must be an option.

Thanks!!
Cindy

Open a piece of email from the specific sender and then select Action, create rule. This should allow you to be more specific on your rule.
