OWA for Exchange 2000 - Can users create their shortcuts ?
Quick question ....
I have a number of users who would like to have personalized shortcuts show up in the shortcut bar on the left hand side of OWA. As far as I have seen, there is no documentation on how a user could do this. Dragging and dropping does not seem to work. These shortcuts that are on there seem to be Universal shortcuts for all user.
1 - Does anyone know how a user can create a personal shortcut in OWA for themselves ?
2 - If not, does anyone know of a doc that says they cannot ?
Thank you ...
