OWA for Exchange 2000 - Can users create their shortcuts ?

Quick question ....

I have a number of users who would like to have personalized shortcuts show up in the shortcut bar on the left hand side of OWA.  As far as I have seen, there is no documentation on how a user could do this.  Dragging and dropping does not seem to work.  These shortcuts that are on there seem to be Universal shortcuts for all user.

1 - Does anyone know how a user can create a personal shortcut in OWA for themselves ?
2 - If not, does anyone know of a doc that says they cannot ?

Thank you ...

I think you are correct that this shortcuts bar is universal to all users.

You may want to take a look on the NBInbox.asp, which generates the shortcut bar, at least I didn't see any possibility to customize this bar based on NBInbox.asp.

You can tell user this is by design. (I hate those people who think computer should be able to do everything for them, and if it doesn't, then it's not because the computer can't, it's because you - IT guy, couldn't figure it out.)

Do you know if there is a Q article that states that ?  Users like Proof, you know ????
