Quick question ....<br />

I have a number of users who would like to have personalized shortcuts show up in the shortcut bar on the left hand side of OWA. &nbsp;As far as I have seen, there is no documentation on how a user could do this. &nbsp;Dragging and dropping does not seem to work. &nbsp;These shortcuts that are on there seem to be Universal shortcuts for all user. &nbsp;<br />

1 - Does anyone know how a user can create a personal shortcut in OWA for themselves ?<br />
2 - If not, does anyone know of a doc that says they cannot ?<br />

Quick question ....

I have a number of users who would like to have personalized shortcuts show up in the shortcut bar on the left hand side of OWA.  As far as I have seen, there is no documentation on how a user could do this.  Dragging and dropping does not seem to work.
