Which Is the fastest way to transfer files from an internal hard drive to an external hard drive?

IEEE1394 or USB 2.0

I use PCDJ to spin MP3s, and need to access my external hard drive fast.

USB2 Transfer rate is 480Mbps compared to Firewire at 400Mbps.

Unless you have IEEE1394b which is 800Mbps
