I just added an internet email account to a user on MS Outlook 2000 SP-3.  It appears as an account in Services, but does not appear to be downloading mail.  It is also not an option when checking under the Options menu for "check for new mail on" in Mail Services Tab.  Any thoughts?

It may be a silly quesiton, but did you log off, not just exit Outlook after adding the service?  If you don't logoff, it doesn't show up in the check for new mail box.
