Auto page refresh

I wrote an asp.net page. I would like the page to automatically refresh itself at a specified interval, without any user interaction. Usually, I have to press f5 or press the refresh button to get this functionality. Is there any way to do it programmatically, so if the user has the web page in a browser, the page will refresh itself continuously at a specified interval?

THANKS!

1. Add REFRESH meta tag at top of your page..

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="60">
</HEAD
