Hello friends,
Once again asking for the best help in the world!!!
Look, I have a project of making a Dual 89C51/52 and PIC programmer that works in a network enviroment (Lab). Now the problem is that my knowledge of TCP and Sockets is not as good as I need to in order to conclude this project.

Now, what I need is help with stablishing connections from the clients to the server (where the programmer will be) and most important send the HEX files to the server over the LAN.

-.Please give explanation.-

------------------

I know it is not an easy question but nor it is VERY difficult, however I think I gave good points for it and although many of the experts don't care too much about the points, it's always nice to have some :-) besides, I need to save some points, cause I'm sure, I will have to make another one and I am short of points.

Hello tammoz,
Sorry I wasn't able to find anything related to client server application developing in that URL, though it has been useful other times.
Thanks anyway
Cërf.

Check out sourceforge for Turbo Power. They gave their stuff to the open source.

One of them is an internet suite. It has a great "chat" program that is a Client/Server.

It would be easy to convert that program....

Especially take a look at the IdTcpDemo. If you'll examine the Image Server, you can learn something usefull from there too..

Cheers,
