Hi...
I made some Reports using CR8, then linked them to my application made in VB6. I made an .exe file of the application.... and tried it. The Application works well on my computer. But when i try to use this application on some other computer, application never starts and give the error message
Error Number # 339
Message : Component  'Crystl32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered : a file is missing or invalid.

I used .exe because my VB6 application's "package and development wizard is not working". And i am planning to re-install VB6.
Looking for solutions and suggestion......... thanks.

regards
khankejan.

Crystal even with the exe requires many dlls chief of which is the Crystl32.OCX.

VB doesn't include the ocx or dll files in the exeutable.  Reinstall your VB and use PDW or download the WinInstall from Microsoft and use it.
