office 2003 look and feel

hello

i would like to give my application the look and feel of office 2003. by this i mean when a user selects an item from the main menu the menu boxes should appear the way menu boxes appear in office 2003 with shadows and the panels coloured in two tones, with icons.

is this possible? its in vb.net btw
