Why does the input panel of my PDA disappear when opening a new form from the current form?

I am developping an multi-forms application on PDA. I can not know why the input panel disappear when a new frame are opened from the current form. Please show me how to prevent this.

Just because I forgot to add a MainMenu component into some of my forms so when openning these forms at run time both the SIP and the MainMenu did not appear.
So ironic!
