Hiding website email addresses from spammers?

I have noticed that email addresses that are on my websites using the mailto: in the link box are been harvested by spammers, I remember reading a while back of a solution that still enabled the email link to appear as normal on the website but was in some form of code so that the spammers didn't pick it up as easily.

Any suggestions (keep it simple i'm reasonably new to this)

Thanks
