If I use my template to design a website. After all the pages are built, I find that I want to add a new banner at the bottom of all my webpages. If I do one by one, this is time consuming. Is there a way that I only change the template, all my webpages will change together?

Yes, once you have created a template, create a new page from that template (new from template).

Make sure you create editable regions in the template.  all other content will be affected by changing the template from then on.

to make changes, simply open the template file and change it.  Dreamweaver will ask you if you would like to make the changes on the pages and choose yes.

Hope this helps
