Does anyone know how to convert the btrieve 8 byte timestamp value into it's equivalent displayable format ?

According to the doc :

TIMESTAMP values are stored in 8-byte unsigned values representing septa seconds (10 exp 7 seconds) since January 1, 0001 in a Gregorian calendar.

For example the value 629636495320000000  is 1996-03-28 15:38:52

I need a function which does the conversion
