&nbsp;I have an HP PSC 500 connected to my main computer. &nbsp;I would like to network with my kids' computer. &nbsp;I went to install it using the install cd and I receive a message that says, &quot;Installation is not currently supported for Windows 2000. &nbsp;Please check your documentation for instructions. &nbsp;OK&quot; &nbsp;My computer has Win 98. &nbsp;The kids' computer runs WinXP. &nbsp;<br />

Don't I need to install the printer on their computer in order to share it between the two computers? &nbsp;If so, how do I do so. &nbsp;I cannot even begin to figure out where my printer's manual is.<br />

A printer is a peripheral which makes a persistent human readable representation of graphics or text on paper or similar physical media.
