I wrote a program to show the payroll of a company. And I want to export some of the data from my program to another software(without its sourcecode). My goal is once I click export from my program, it will automatically trigger one of the function in another software so that my data can be import to that software.

Yes, same computer!
My program is a payroll system, and I want to export some data to Pensoft Payroll plus 2004,
My program is connected to Access database, and the database used by pensoft can be opened in Access as well......I am trying to comply with the requirements of the pensoft so that my data can be inserted into pensoft database and can be seen on pensoft as well!
That's why I want to know the method of how to trigger the function export or import in Pensoft

Microsoft Access Database

not yet tried, the database file of pensoft is quite different, all tables in that database are different,
I am figuring out how to comply with that database. What I want to know is how to trigger the functions in pensoft

Ok...

It means that we ll use XML file to import data.

And people soft must ave an import modüle.. And maybe a Job that can be set periodically to control at a specific time..
