Hyperlink column  in Datagrid

hai all..i have an issue. am using a hyperlink column in a datagrid where in am populating it from the database. say i am ppopulating it as www.microsoft.com or www.intel.com. but the issue is that, when i click on it, it goes to http://localhost/microsoft.com or http://localhost/intel.com. but i want it to got to htt://www.microsoft.com or http://www.intel.com.

can anyone help me with this?

instead of simple www.microsoft.com try to specify as http://www.microsoft.com
