IIS 6.0 is giving me a "Service Unavailable".

I am not sure if this is the correct forum, but here we go. I am running Windows 2003 Server/IIS 6.0 and all was well untill this morning. All of a sudden, I get "Service Unavailble" in black type when I try to browse. No error number, and I don't know where to start.

I could retype all this here, but in the name of laziness and making out that it's for showing you where you can look in future, see:

I am was not using Sharepoint as the app pool before and it was working fine. I had been using frontpage x. Not sure if this is what I want to do.
Thanks for the link. I took a longer look at IIS and figured out that my DefaultAppPool was not started.

Thank you Thank you
I have been troubleshooting this for 2 hours I could not find anything on Microsoft. All I had to do was start the application pool and it worked. Thanks
