R5 graphics!

I am working with R5 databases and I am wanting to start making the database more interesting to the eye. I want to use some of the cool icons and graphics I see in other databases.  Is there a program to use to help create images?  Or is there a refernce on how to make the images on some graphic editor?  Or is there a database full of images I can download and use?

C'mon Jaziar, you want to becoe a graphic artist is a day?  Learn Photoshop, Freehand, etc., all the standard image editing programs.  As to existing graphics, use clipart, or browse the web. What can I say?  Its what all of us do.
