In the internet explorer it is possible to make frames.
So you put your buttons in one frame and you can change the display of the other frame.

What is equilant of frames in windows forms ? and how i can change the outlook of another window / panel ? (load with different textboxes.....)

I believe what you are looking for is called a panel.
