Check this out:
Integrate Crystal Reports into your Delphi and C++Builder applications using the Crystal Reports Visual Component Library (VCL). For registered users, three versions of the VCL are available to address your requirements:
Crystal Reports 10 VCL - supports Delphi 7 and C++Builder 6
Crystal Reports 9 VCL - supports Delphi 7 and C++Builder 6
Crystal Reports 8.5 and 8 VCL - supports Delphi 6 and C++Builder 5

Note: Due to the addition of unicode compliance, the Crystal Reports 9 and 10 VCL cannot be used with older releases of Delphi, C++Builder, and Crystal Reports.

Apply to download the VCL now - To download either version of the VCL, fill in this form and provide your Crystal Reports registration number. To obtain a registration number, register Crystal Reports.
