hotmail log on record

Is there anywhere in my pc that I would be able to tell if someone logged into hotmail?  I remember reading something a few months ago where one could go into the registry (?) and find out what was accessed on a pc.  There was nothing in cookies.

If you're using IE, just click the "history" button, and then, use the search functionnality.
