We have a licensed copy of Veritas Backup Exec 8.6 running on 2 servers here. We have the install disk (Actually we have like 10 of them), but we don't have the key. Is there any way to pull the working key off of one of the working servers?

Just put the CD in the working machine, add-remove programs and chose to modify BE, it lists out all the installed serial numbers.
