If you are running Windows 2003, you should be able to use CDO to send a message. Here is a simple script to try to see if it works:

<%
Dim objMail
Set objMail = Server.CreateObject("CDO.Message")
With objMail
      ' Set message attributes
      .To       =  "You <you@YourAddress.com>"
      .From     = "You <you@YourAddress.com>"      .Subject  = "CDO Sample"
      .TextBody = "This is a test email using CDO"

      ' Attachment using known static physical path
      '.AddAttachment "c:\somepath\somefile.txt"

      .Send
End With

Set objMail = Nothing
%>

Sorry, I didn't mean to waste your time. Are you looking for help to learn how to do this or for someone to code this for you?

I see.

This site is largely geared towards helping folks overcome technical issues, learning new techniques and etc. and much less towards being a coding service.

Let's keep this question open for a while to see if someone is up for writing the code for you. If I find the spare time, I'll try to give it a shot. Otherwise, you might want to hire someone on a freelance basis to code this for you.

Best of luck,

Okay, it looks like your webhost is using smart mail. Here is the necessary code:

 <%
dim strBodyText
strBodyText = ""
for each objField in Request.Form
      strBodyText = strBodyText &  objField & VbCrLf & request.form(objField) & VbCrLf & VbCrLf
next

Dim mySmartMail
Set mySmartMail=Server.CreateObject("aspSmartMail.SmartMail")
mySmartMail.Server="###.#.#.#"
mySmartMail.SenderAddress=Request.Form("strEmail")
mySmartMail.Recipients.Add "You@YourAddress.com"
mySmartMail.Subject="Your subject line here"
mySmartMail.Body= strBodyText
mySmartMail.SendMail

if Err.Number<>0 then
      Response.write "Error: " & Err.description
end if

set mySmartMail = nothing
%>
