I know you can convert an entry in the Global Address List into an Outlook Contact by using ( from Outlook )

Tools --> Address Book --> Double-Click on Address Entry to Display details --> Press the Add to Personal Address Book button...

Is there a way to achieve this via VBA code...    I would like to have a button that is pressed that will transfer all entries in the Global Address Book into a Personal Address Book..

Hi Melijane, there are some utilities available to do this, but my question would be: why do you need to do this? If it's so you can use the names while offline, there is a feature to synch the GAL.

On my last computer w/Windows & Word XP I had a setting that allowed my Windows address book and Outlook Contacts listings to always be the same. I could add a listing to the Address Book and it would automatically appear in Outlook Contacts. Now I can't remember how I did it! Anyone have the solution?
