OS 10.3.3 "Mac Help" inoperative.

I have run Disk Warrior and reinstalled the system, all to no effect.

Mac Help comes up for a few seconds, and disappears.

What to do?

A COMPLETE reinstall of the system or just an install over what you already had? Was it a Backup and Restore, kept the user folders etc?

It was an archive reinstall...ah....even I can see the hint. However, the other install will wipe my disk. Hmmmmm...do I NEED Mac Help THAT badly?
Probably not..heh. Have you run Cocktail lately? Get it at versiontracker.com
I ran Cocktail with no change. Any special part I should try for certain?

Ran "Pilot" and cleared the problem. I have never used Cocktail before. Now I am a believer. Thanks so much for the assistance and staying with me. This is a great service. I am in a small town (by Chinese standards) in the PRC and am the only Mac person for many kilometers.
