How do you have a 'Sent', 'Outbox', 'Drafts', 'Deleted' etc folder for specific email accounts in same profile?

First things first, you can make mail from different accounts go to different inboxes by setting up a message rule [TOOLS>MESSAGE RULES]. In outlook there is NO way you can make mail from specific accounts go to anything other than the main deleted/outbox/sent folders.

Are you using Exchange? When you say specific email accounts -- are these accounts on the same server? Are they POP, html, etc. accounts?

If you are using exchange and you have rights to other mailboxes then you can add then in your profile by opening Outlook

Right click on Outlook Today, click on properties, and the advanced button.

On the advanced tab click on Add to add additional mailboxes to your profile.

This will add the "specific email account" to your view so you can see the different folders.

Not real sure what you are looking for so please provide more details.
