Sending Email On Behalf Of A Distribution List

We have an Exchange 2003 setup with Outlook 2003 Clients.  Our domain is called but we also receive mail for

There is a distribution list with an email address of and i would like members of the distribution list (members are from to be able to reply by viewing the From field in the reply email and entering  This works internally i.e. while masquerading as i can send an email to someone in the domain but when i try to email outside the domain e.g. to i receive an NDR saying I dont have permission to send to this recipient.

I have been scratching my head for the past 2 days and cant get it to work.  Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.
