Hello...i have a windows 2K machine that reboots itself everyday at 3:10...what could this be, and how do I stop it...If this isn't the right topic area, then what would the right area be?

Sounds like a virus to me.  Have you tried running an updated version of your AV software?

Possible that it is etup to do windows updates at around 3 and it is rebooting after?
